## About New Valuation

Previously, the project had two rounds of investment valuations. The first round was set at 25M, and the second round was 50M. After comprehensive consideration, we have decided to adjust the valuation of the second round to 30M. This adjustment is based on objective realities. On the one hand, the market environment is volatile and the competitive landscape is being reshaped. To ensure the flexible development of the project in the subsequent stage and to adapt to the changing situation, this adjustment is urgent. On the other hand, considering the current achievements and growth pace of the project, adjusting the valuation will help optimize the synergy between fund-raising and project advancement.

We would like to specifically inform the VC friends who participated in the 50M valuation round of the second investment that, after this adjustment, according to the established Tokenomic rules, you will receive more tokens. This is the inevitable result of following the fairness principle under the valuation change, aiming to ensure a reasonable balance between investment and return.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://momoai.gitbook.io/momoai/tokeninfo/allocation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
